The Trade-offs (And How We Handle Them)
Here’s the thing: when you pack more wattage into a curved shape, you get a lot of heat, very fast. That’s great for your pre-heating cycle, but it’s tough on the equipment. Thermal expansion can make tubes sag or burn out if they aren’t supported. To fix that, we use reinforced supports to keep everything steady. Just a heads-up, though—check your power supply. These multi-lamp modules pull a lot of juice. If your system isn’t spec’d for the combined wattage, you’re probably going to trip a breaker the second you hit the start button.
